Reservations

To reserve a space for your special event, you can call us at 830.964.2625 or send us an
e-mail. 

Policies:

-Check in 2-6pm and check out 11am
-Minimum stay required (2-night minimum on weekends, 3 nights on holiday weekends)
-Smoking is allowed in limited areas-smoking in the rooms will result in a $200 fee
-We cannot accommodate guest pets
-Facilities are for the use of our overnight guests only
-Reservations are secured by paying the first night deposit with a valid credit card or a check. Remaining payment is due on arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

An Administrative fee of $30 will be charged for all cancellations 24 hours after booking. If cancelled within 7 days of arrival your payment for the first night deposit is non-refundable.
